TriStar Aerial uses PayPal as its payment medium for online, sales lead invoicing. Once a customer places an order, the funds will be transferred out of PayPal, to our external bank account medium, so that we may acquire the equipment for the customer. This requires an extra 3-5 business days. By making a payment to TriStar Aerial, in any way, shape or form via PayPal, the customer understands this agreement.

If the customer does not wish to wait for the funds to transfer out and be cleared, he or she is entitled to a full refund, LESS ANY FEE'S THAT PAYPAL CHARGES.

These terms are non-negotiable.
